1. CRIME PUNISHMENT
Crimes are divided into Non-Violent and violent crimes.
NON VIOLENT OFFENDERS
Certain Qualified non-violent offenders will be eligible for rehabilitation, community service and fines.
VIOLENT CRIMINALS
Violent criminals should be evaluated to determine if they are rehabilitatable. Certain Violent criminals when there is no chance of the criminal being rehabilitated should get life in prison.
What’s the point of revolving door criminals who get let out and but are soon back in prison.
DEATH PENALTY
We do not support the Death Penalty and do not want to be a society that kills potentially innocent people through the death penalty. Eye witness evidence has been proven to be faulty and prone to mistaken identity, misuse, and flat out abuse. If we have no choice but to have the death penalty, it should only be applied if certain evidence exists. Certain indisputable evidence such as DNA evidence and certain video evidence.
ABUSE OF DEFENDANTS
Any official including police officers, prosecutors, defense attorneys, witnesses and Judges who intentionally withhold evidence which could prove the innocence of an accused, shall be subject to the maximum sentence as the accused if that accused person would have been convicted. Again, the type and quality of evidence must be concrete.
Officials found guilty are to be banned from service.

EDUCATION RIGHTS
You can’t survive, build, and thrive unless you know how things work. A good education is critical to your future success and the success of your children.
MANDATORY MINIMUM EDUCATION
All Qualified, United States Citizens may receive an education from kindergarten through 2 years of college. We believe that this should not be an option but should be mandatory. The more educated we are the stronger we are and the more united we will be. All subjects including some controversial should be mandatory including:
POLITICAL EDUCATION
To reduce division and encourage uniting and working together we all need to know the basics of our political system forward and backward. This will help us make better decisions on who to support, promote, and vote for in elections. More than a few current politicians will not like this because they will be outed. Be a part of it. Part of the solution. Volunteer and maybe even run for office yourself!
SEX EDUCATION
Us young adults need to learn much more than just the Birds and the Bees. We need to know about emotional issues, STD’s that are life-threatening and are with you for life. The responsibilities of pregnancy that are lifelong and will affect you financially, mentally, physically, and will affect your work and career options for many years or your life.
HISTORY
History should be taught in school so students can learn from mistakes that were made and understand how the world has worked in the past.
RELIGION
Organized religion has no place in the education system. Politicians often use the vulnerability of some religious people to take unfair advantage.
HOMEWORK
No Homework up to 6th grade. This will allow kids to be kids yet help keep them out of trouble when they get a bit older.
TEACHER SALARY
Teachers are responsible for educating our children. They work long hours and should be paid a good and livable salary.
EUROPEAN MODEL
We should research the European school systems and borrow good ideas if appropriate.
HOME SCHOOL
Some parents want to home-school their children to instill a specific religion. All major religions to be taught including Atheism, Judaism and Muslim. Sex education to be taught. All subjects taught in public school to be taught. State exams required and students required to pass.

This means more jobs and better for the community.

Gun show purchases should be subject to the same rules as storefronts who have overhead.
GUN AND AMMO TAX
Gun ownership is a serious responsibility with serious consequences and all gun owners should be required to pay a tax to help pay for the costs of enforcement and victims of gun violence.
THE NRA
The National Rifle Association should have to pay a tax to help pay for the costs of enforcement and victims of gun violence.
We support making it illegal for the NRA or any other gun group to receive funding from corporations or other Governments.

President Nixon inaugurated the war on drugs in the early seventies, and the US has spent over $1 trillion on the war on drugs.
They failed to achieve what was envisioned not to mention many unintended highly negative consequences like extreme violence and overcrowding the entire American criminal justice system.
This war has disproportionately affected minorities, especially black communities…
To some, this war originally might have sounded good on paper but was and is a catastrophe that must end now.

The war on drugs has only enabled the police and justice system to selectively arrest, prosecute, and sentence minorities.

It is a racist policy. Blacks are not more likely to use and sell drugs, however they are several times more likely to be arrested and convicted for drug offenses and serve longer prison sentences. Enforcement is often concentrated in poorer neighborhoods that are predominantly black.

Prisoners who committed drug crimes who did not commit violent crimes must be pardoned, and criminal record related to drug crimes erased.
Drug use is still a problem despite of availability.

While no policy, plans and solutions are perfect, we can investigate other countries that have adopted a similar policy with success. We should take a close look at countries that decriminalized all drugs such as Portugal.
MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION
Erase non-violent marijuana-related criminal records.
Surely, we can find a way to distribute this in a controlled way that leads to health treatment and recovery, which means more jobs, and is better for the community instead of being in back alleys. This affects all of us, and this senseless war on drugs must end now, and forever. Uruguay is one such country that legalized Marijuana.
