GUN RIGHTS

All Qualified, Law-abiding Citizens in the United States have the right to own and operate a firearm to protect your home and family and to hunt for food. This doesn’t mean you get a nuclear missile or a tank!

No weapons of war.

We believe qualified applicants should have to undergo a background check, take a safety course, pass a written test, pass a mental test, and get a regular license much like a driver’s license.

Gun and ammunition purchases subject to wait period before pick up. Research Japanese and European gun safety programs.

Felons lose gun ownership rights. Felons in possession of a firearm to receive a harsh sentence.

HUNTING

Citizens may hunt only to survive and feed their families. Hunting for sport prohibited. Selfies and photos of sport hunting prohibited. Taxidermy prohibited.

This means more jobs and better for the community.

GUN SHOWS

Gun show purchases should be subject to the same rules as storefronts who have overhead.

GUN AND AMMO TAX

Gun ownership is a serious responsibility with serious consequences and all gun owners should be required to pay a tax to help pay for the costs of enforcement and victims of gun violence.

THE NRA

The National Rifle Association should have to pay a tax to help pay for the costs of enforcement and victims of gun violence.

We support making it illegal for the NRA or any other gun group to receive funding from corporations or other Governments.
