27. PRESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Any Qualified, Able-bodied, Law Abiding Citizen person 35 to 70 years of age may apply to be a candidate for President of the United States.

DOCTORS EXAM

Must pass a physical and mental test administered by an unbiased doctor known for having a good reputation.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates shall have been previously or currently elected to public office.

MUST SHOW TAX RETURNS

Shall submit 10 years of tax returns.

BACKGROUND CHECK

Background checks on all candidates for President in every state. Results posted on the website and shared with the certified media. Posted on Government website.

OATH

Politicians must take an oath, to tell the truth to the American people. Material lies are grounds for impeachment. If a politician refuses a polygraph test is grounds for mandatory impeachment.

LIVE TESTING

Candidates shall submit to and pass a live televised comprehensive test showing what you know about the Constitution and Foreign Policy. Questions shall be random.

KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN POLICY

Shall know the names of some of the most important foreign leaders, How important Historical Wars began including WWII, The rise and fall of Hitler, The Vietnam War, Korea War, and the Iraq War along with the outcome, casualties, and important lessons learned.

SPEAK TRUTH TO THE PUBLIC

Shall take an oath, to tell the truth to the American people under penalty of perjury.
