TRAINING

We want to attract and keep good police officers. This means proper training. Training like that is being used successfully in other parts of the world. We also want to get rid of the bad, abusive, and corrupt cops and hold them accountable.

BAD COP ACT

Police who frame defendants to receive a harsh prison sentence. Automatic minimum sentence equal to what the sentence would have been for framed persons alleged crimes.

If a person framed would have received the death penalty, the person convicted of the frame would only be eligible for the death penalty if there is indisputable proof (DNA and certain videotape proof).

ANTI POLICE ACCOMPLICE ACT

Any police officer who does not report fellow officer’s crimes is ALSO guilty of the crime in the first degree.
