ABOUT US

Although the American U.S. Party was formed in 2020, it has been in the making since the eighteenth century. On one hand, the long history of the Republican and Democratic parties can be looked at but on the other hand, it may no longer be appealing for you.

For 100 million Americans (the size of the United States in 1914) its already reached that point years ago. While some voters chose to make a statement against the status quo by voting for the unelectable… The Independent candidate, many others have stayed out of the voting end.

The political divide hasn’t been greater than it is today in 2020. Most citizens, including the most die-hard who vote in every election, are fed-up with politics as usual and the two-party monopoly while third party candidates including Independents and Green Party, have no power, capital, manpower to win and to be honest, are just too damn boring to win an election.

Another option is here right now for the twenty-first century…

A NEW AND EXCITING MAJOR PARTY…

You heard right! We know that third-party candidates don’t have a chance in elections and for many reasons. For a candidate from a party other than the usual Democratic or Republican party to win an election, the party must call itself a major party, behave like a major party and BE a major party.

Sure we face many challenges and an uphill road ahead and will find solutions not just for the many disenfranchised voters and former voters en masse but a whole new demographic, the new or young voter.

These voters and potential voters are looking for a platform that promotes and fights for what they believe in without all the centuries of baggage and corruption attached to the name.

Introducing…The American U.S. Party. We the people? YES! We as in US, not them. Us and not the politicians. Us as in you, your family, and friends.

You don’t work for them. They work for you. They work for US and not just for the top 2% of the wealthy and top Corporations. The future of American Politics is here right now. More rules for them and FEWER rules for us. Welcome to the American U.S. Party!

Founder and CEO of the American U.S. Party

 Hi, I’m Mike…

This next section is a little about me, my upbringing and why I fight back…

Michael Capone, visionary founder and CEO of American U.S. Party.

The force of his fist was so hard and strong that I actually reached up to feel if my head was still there, and again I was only 5.

MY EARLIEST MEMORIES of being bullied…

I was born in Phoenix into a poor family. My father was in the Coast Guard in Alameda California and later became a truck driver.

My mother Donna, worked in data entry. I have a brother Richard, who is a year and a half younger. When I was around 5, I noticed my father was abusive.

Many nights my brother and I woke to my parents screaming at the top of their lungs and stuff breaking in the kitchen.

I remember my brother and I crawling to the hallway next to the kitchen and peeking around the corner. I was frightened my father was going to kill my mother.

On many occasions, I was really scared to death that I would lose my mother to a horrific crime.

I recall my father hitting me on top of my skull with a closed fist. The force of his fist was so hard and strong that I actually reached up to feel if my head was still there, and again I was only 5.

I was relieved when my mother left my father but my days with bullies and being bullied are far from over

I was frightened my father was going to kill my mother.

MY HEROS…

We went to live with my mother's parents who were wonderful grandparents, who along with my wonderful mother were and still are the heroes in my life.

My grandfather Luke, was a contractor who did a lot of odd construction and would build a house once in a while. He was protective and shared his great wisdom about WWII and life.

I couldn't wait until the weekend, and summer vacation so I could go help him on the construction site. He paid me 50 cents an hour! (Child labor, get arrested for that today!) Not me, my grandfather. haha!

My grandmother Adeline, was such an amazing person, and a great cook who really loved to bake especially during the holidays.

I remember every morning waking up to the scent of fresh coffee, and many times to the scent of fresh-baked cookies, pies, bread, cake in addition to stew and so many of her amazing recipes. We also moved a lot.

It seemed that just as soon as I got to know my school friends, we moved away. My heart was broken many times.

Many in my family are racist. But I never got it.

the RACISTs…

end_racism_2.jpg

Once I was visiting my father's parents and playing with my friend Steve who lived up the street. I suggested we go to my house so we could play in the backyard.

A few minutes after we got there and started playing, my grandfather called me inside and told me we couldn't play together anymore, ever! Steve was black. Many in my family are racist. But I never got it.

When I was in fourth grade I met David who was in seventh grade and he was into martial arts. During this period I remember being bullied a lot and being ganged up on by more than one person at a time.

Determined to put an end to it I began to study Kung Fu, Judo, and Karate. I vowed to fight back against any and all bullies.

Turns out I had a knack for defending myself but I really loved defending and fighting for others and fighting back…

THE STEPFATHER…

Then my mother met a man (we will call him "Al"). He seemed nice and was a policeman and some months later they married. We moved into his house in Tempe Arizona.

I was now in 6th grade and it’s the first day at my new school and the first class was PE. I loved sports and still do especially football and I was a wide receiver later in High School.

I was athletic and a really fast runner and did the 50-yard dash in 4.9 seconds and was actively practicing martial arts.

So the first day of the school year in PE we are playing baseball and I’m up to bat. I hit the ball and I’m running on my way to at least second base. As I turn the corner of first-base the first baseman stuck his leg out to trip me intentionally.

I stopped and immediately flipped him on his back, motioned to kick him, motioned to hit him.

Now, I didn’t hurt him very badly but I showed I could have. But other than the actual act of flipping him on his back I didn’t touch him.

The next day I was famous in that whole school which carried through high school.

As such there seemed to always be someone who wanted to challenge me, to fight me, and to show that I'm not as tough as everybody seemed to think.

I recently read an article and interview with Bruce Lee and he had to deal with people calling him names and yelling at him "hey tough guy lets see you kick my ass" and similar everywhere he went.

He felt he had to prove himself. In those days especially… I had no choice!

THE STEPFATHER CONTINUED…

Soon I realized that my stepfather “Al” was a bully.

We hunted a lot and when I was 14 while hunting on the Indian reservation north of Phoenix he drove off leaving me there by myself as I watched the Chevy Blazer drive off for what seemed like miles.

I was furious and I wanted to hunt him down. Eventually, he turned around and came back to get me with some bs excuse. I was relieved.

He must have realized that I did have my shotgun and should I survive he might get into trouble.

Later he shot me while hunting on that same Indian reservation. There was no quail between him and me.

The wounds were not serious and I never told my mother until very recently. From that moment I couldn’t stand him.

Glad I didn’t pull the trigger. I would still be in prison.

the last straw…

I love cats. My first cat was Jackson. A mostly black cat with large patches of white. I loved that cat. We also had a white girl cat who became pregnant.

She gave birth to a large litter and we were so happy to have all these cute baby kitties. “Al” filled a 55-gallon trash can with water, placed the crying kitties in the can and closed the lid.

Now, I hated that man.

A few years later when I was 17, one day my mother was crying and crying and I pulled teeth to get her to tell me what the heck was wrong.

She told me “Al” was at a poker game Saturday night and when she called to see what time he would be home there was no poker game at that house.

The next day after my mother confronted him he drove her to the desert and pulled out his .45 automatic to kill her. She begged and talked him out of it.

I told mother we are leaving him. I became an adult overnight. That night I put a double-barrel shotgun to his head while my mother was asleep next to him.

Glad I didn’t pull the trigger. I'd still be in prison instead of sharing this with you.

Two weeks later, I moved in with my grandparents, my brother moved in with a school friend up the street and my mother moved to Chicago to live with family.

We reunited in California within 2 years.

FIGHTing BACK…

bullied_child.png

I reaffirmed my vow to always fight back against bullies.

I can’t stand bullies with the most intense passion. It doesn't matter how big, or how many.

I have faced gangs of 10 and more knowing I'll get my ass kicked, but I didn't care because I know I'll take the pos bully down, along with one or two others.

Almost without exception I end up getting invited to join the gang for a beer or whatever, without even one punch being thrown.

Yes, I did say ALMOST without exception. While standing up to bullies and fighting back I once got my ass kicked too.

2016…

Being an entrepreneur for most of my adult life, I studied many who I thought were great CEOs, including General Electric CEO, Jack Welsh. I read his book "Winning."

Make no mistake, I usually don’t trash other people especially those who are from another club. That said, Trump is the worst type of bully who I despise. From Barbara Coloroso’s book The Bully, The Bullied and the Bystander…

“He likes to control and dominate other people.  He is unable to empathize with others or see from other people’s perspectives. He does not accept responsibility for his actions. He lacks foresight and is unconcerned with the consequences of his actions. He has a cold and emotionless exterior because his feelings are so deeply buried that even he can’t identify them. The one area he does demonstrate emotion is in his determination to carry out his bullying. Like the social bully, the fully armored bully can be charming when needed to cover up his bullying but is vicious and vindictive with his targets. “

I sure can’t stand him now, but back in the nineties, I was a huge fan of Donald Trump and read his book “The Art of the Deal.” I tried to watch every episode of the Apprentice until the last couple of seasons.

Even though I’m not a Republican, I was excited about Trump in the debate and counted the weeks, days, and hours.

During the debate, when he made fun of Rosie O’Donnell, that was a huge red flag. Then, when he called Marco Rubio “Little Marco” and Ted Cruz “Lying Ted”, that made me pause. It felt childish.

While the abuses were happening, I realized that the Republicans are going to stick by him regardless, and the Democrats are powerless to do anything meaningful.

The Rallies…

abusive_politicians.png

Then, after watching a few televised rallies with interruptions from protesters and when his supporters assaulted the protesters, Trump said he would pay their bail.

Trump felt he could motivate his supporters into committing crimes because they were convinced he would bail them out of jail. I was appalled.

Then he made fun of and mocked disabled Serge Kovaleski, a New York Times reporter who has arthrogryposis which visibly limits his arm movements.

I was disgusted.

After the shock of the election, he started to get more comfortable in his new role as commander in chief of the biggest and most powerful armed forces in the world. Then he really started to abuse his power and in profound ways.

While the abuses were happening I realized that the Republicans are going to stick by him regardless and the Democrats are powerless to do anything meaningful.

Only four in 10 actually vote in the United States. That is unacceptable.

third parties…

So I thought to myself, the third-party independents and the Green Party even after several decades really haven’t elected many candidates.

Don’t seem to have any momentum and have zero chance of getting any and lack any meaningful power and quite frankly are not very exciting.

I was thinking about the 63 million who voted for Trump and the 66 million who voted for Hilary and the remaining 191 million people.

Granted many are unable to vote because they are too young or not mentally fit or in prison etc.

However, there are 100 million eligible voters (Gallop 2018) who are disenfranchised with the system and choose not to participate.

The ideas kept coming one after another like it was meant to be.

The LIGHTBULB MOMENT…

badge_freddie_transparent_133kb.png

A new Major-Party? Not a third-party, but a new major-party! I started to look into it.

I researched what it would take. It certainly takes a lot. A lot of resources. A lot of money and a lot of supporters.

BUT, even though it is quite challenging to start a new political party in the United States I also felt it's not like going to the moon.

Seriously, we don’t need a Mission Control with many highly paid technicians, scientists, engineers, astrophysicists and we don’t need a 42 acre Kennedy Space Center w 13 thousand employees!

While no one can do this alone, I just felt like the ideas kept coming one after another like it was meant to be.

I went to work. I researched and studied the existing established parties as well as a few new parties.

I started taking notes of what I liked about all of the major parties including the Third parties and what I felt was missing.

I also uncovered what I believe is fatally wrong with the system. It seemed to me that far too many cared more about the party, their power, and personal fortune than they cared about the people who elected them.

This is how I discovered that it should be about US, the people, the voters, and NOT about the politicians.

There are a lot of rules for us to follow but not many rules for them to follow.

The current system needs to be switched so the politicians have more rules and accountability while at the same time, there should be fewer rules for us

American U.S. Party was born!

a cause for concern?…

It seems as soon as I came up with the name of the party the news started reporting people in Wuhan China were becoming quite ill and were dying at an alarming rate.

Then the Pandemic hit. Hit hard. The whole world is on lockdown.

Millions have been infected and as of this writing the United States, have had over 118k dead.

My cousin Jamie, a great man, father, grandfather passed away.

I found out last Friday he died from the coronavirus. This is not a joke or a hoax.

It’s a serious disease that kills 1 in 16 who are infected. That’s a high death rate. Smart people are taking it seriously.

Marlene and I have been on lockdown since Valentines day. No, not because we are sex addicts you dirty Birdy!

We are not going on ANY trips until at least October and not flying ANYWHERE (including for the holidays) until at least 2021.

When we do go to the grocery store we wear mask, gloves and practice social distancing.

The both of us are deeply saddened by all those who have died and suffered the consequences of this terrible disease.

Now more than at any other time since WWII or the attack on the World Trade Center have we had such a need for this country to be united.

Instead we are more divided now than we have been ever since the Civil War.

Now more than ever have we had the need for Universal Health Care for all, and great leadership both of which are absent in our failed political system.

pandemic_29.png

At this very moment, as you read this, we have corrupt politicians who want to take away all your rights who don’t care how many suffer or die.

WHY NOW?

Nothing in life is ever perfect and the American U.S. Party will not be an exception.

Sure, we will make mistakes but together along with your help, support, and suggestions along with strong leadership vision we will get through any issue we encounter.

We need a new party now more than ever. But not just any party.

We need a party that will unite us. We need a party that will work and fight.

We need a party that will fight the bullies. We need a major party that will fight for US!

We need the American U.S. Party right now. This is serious and cannot wait.

At this very moment, as you read this we have corrupt politicians who want to take away all your rights who don’t care how many suffer or die.

The most important thing I believe is that the American U.S. Party platform not only has the potential to change the United States but can actually SAVE the United States and maybe even the world.

Right now, many citizens don't know how they are gonna get their next meal much less pay the bills. This country is in serious, dire trouble and the only way to get the country and ourselves back on course is for major change.

If you are like 60% of Americans who feel now is the time for a new and major political party then you are invited to be part of something special.

If you feel like you are part of the 2 out of 3 citizens who feel that your voice is not being heard then you are invited into this family.

If you feel you are part of the 80% of Americans who feel that too many of the politicians care more about their power and personal fortunes but don't care about us or the country, then you are invited to join The America U.S. Party!

Together we will fight THEM, we will fight the bullies and we will fight the politicians who do not have our backs. We will do this while we build a clean reputation. We will attract, recruit, and support the good ones who will fight for US. Together we will be victorious and we will all be part of history and something special.

Join us! Join the American U.S. Party NOW!

Thank you

Michael Capone, Founder and CEO
